"Finding Peace in Life's Tensions" | June 28, 2026 | Ps Christina Lowery
by Amber George on June 28th, 2026
Life is full of suffering we can't avoid. But here's the truth: the Holy Spirit doesn't meet us at the end of our struggle - He's WITH us in the fire right now. The hardest part of suffering as believers is holding both the pain AND the hope at the same time. We're tempted to fall into either denial ("I'm fine, everything's fine") or despair ("Why even pray anymore?"). But there's a radical middle - a place where we can be honest about our agony while still declaring God's faithfulness. You don't have to carry this tension alone. The Spirit holds what we cannot. And often, He shows up through the hands and feet of your church family. It's okay to not be okay. - but it's not okay to stay isolated. This is the law of Christ: we share each other's burdens. The best summer ever isn't about perfect circumstances. It's about discovering that even in the storm, the Spirit is holding you steady.  Read More

"What Lives In You Will Live Beyond You" | June 21, 2026 | Ps Joel Lowery
by Amber George on June 28th, 2026
What lives inside us doesn't stay contained - it inevitably flows into the lives of those around us. Legacy isn't something we leave when we die - it's something we're actively creating right now, in the ordinary rhythms of daily life. Every conversation at the dinner table, every reaction when things go wrong, every priority we demonstrate - these aren't just moments, they're formative experiences shaping the next generation. While we may not be responsible for the story we inherited - whether that includes wounds, dysfunction, or unhealthy patterns - we can, with the Holy Spirit's help, influence the story we pass on. The Spirit specializes in rewriting narratives, breaking generational cycles, and transforming our failures into testimonies of grace. Ask yourself: What am I becoming? What am I modeling? What am I passing on? And what story does the Spirit want to rewrite in me today?  Read More

"Sharing Jesus' Love With Others" | June 14, 2026 | Ps Joel Lowery
by Amber George on June 15th, 2026
What if evangelism isn't about having all the answers, but simply overflowing with what God has already put in your heart? The Holy Spirit empowers us to reach others - not through perfect programs or memorized scripts, but through noticing people, loving them genuinely, and sharing our story. Before Peter preached to thousands at Pentecost, he first saw the crowd. Before Jesus ministered, He noticed those everyone else overlooked. The invitation is simple - you don't need a theology degree or a dramatic testimony. You just need to be full of the Holy Spirit and willing to overflow. The Spirit helps us see people as God sees them, love them with His heart, speak when we have no words, and invite them into freedom through Jesus. Your story matters. Your testimony is evidence of God's goodness. And someone's eternal decision might hang on your simple invitation. The Holy Spirit sends us out on mission because the church wasn't made for mission, mission was made for the church.  Read More

"Building Spirit-Filled Community" | June 7, 2026 | Ps Joel Lowery
by Amber George on June 7th, 2026
You were never meant to carry the Spirit's presence alone. The Holy Spirit doesn't just live IN us - He connects us, speaks through us, and moves us toward each other. Here's the truth: isolation happens naturally, but community happens intentionally. The same Spirit in you is in the person sitting next to you. We need each other - to encourage, challenge, and remind one another of what's true when feelings get in the way. This summer, don't take a spiritual break. Stay connected. Share burdens. Let the Christ in your brother or sister speak to the Christ in you. Because following Jesus is personal, but it was never meant to be private. The challenge before us this summer is to resist the natural drift toward isolation and instead intentionally pursue community, knowing that the Spirit moves us toward people, not away from them. Who have you given permission to truly speak into your life?  Read More

"Learning to Abide in Jesus" | May 31, 2026 | Eric Ward
by Amber George on May 31st, 2026
What if this summer wasn't just about vacations and cookouts, but about experiencing the power of the Holy Spirit everywhere you go? Imagine praying for someone at Disney and seeing them delivered. Picture being at the pool and God using you to touch someone's heart. The secret to the BEST SUMMER EVER? Abide in Jesus. Not just being a tourist seeking experiences, but a vessel carrying God's presence into every grocery store, family reunion, and unexpected conversation. Just like branches can't bear fruit without the vine, we can't experience a fruitful, Spirit-filled life apart from Jesus. Mary sat at Jesus' feet while Martha was distracted by busyness. Which one are you? The question confronting us is honest and searching: Are we living like we actually believe the Holy Spirit dwells within us? When we slow down enough to remain in Christ through Scripture, contemplative prayer, worship, and seeking His direction daily, we position ourselves for a summer where healing prayers at theme parks, divine appointments at tattoo parlors, and supernatural encounters become our new normal. Start your day asking, "Speak, O Lord, what will You have me do today?" This isn't reserved for spiritual giants - it's available to anyone willing to say, "Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening." Don't just plan activities this summer - plan to remain in Jesus and watch Him move through you.  Read More

"Living a Spirit-Filled Life" | May 24, 2026 | Ps Christina Lowery
by Amber George on May 24th, 2026
What if the best summer you've ever had isn't about where you go or what you do, but about how the Holy Spirit moves through you? While we invest tremendous energy planning vacations, adventures, and rest, there's something far more transformative available to us: living as temples of the Holy Spirit. God doesn't live in a building anymore - He lives in YOU. The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in you right now. Not near you. Not available on Sundays only. IN you. Every moment. Every day. At the pool, at work, in the hard conversations you've been avoiding. The gap between knowing this truth and living like it's true? That's where transformation happens. You don't need a checklist or to do more to get more of God. You just need to position yourself to receive. Come to Him in worship - just as you are, messed up and broken - and keep being filled over and over again. The best summer ever isn't measured by destinations or experiences, but by how we allow the Spirit to move through us, transforming ordinary moments into encounters with the living God. This summer, let's close that gap. Let's live like the temple of the Holy Spirit we truly are.  Read More
